Recife and Olinda Carnival

Carnival festivities take place in old Recife and Olinda. The parade takes place in open areas without any access restrictions.

1. Upon arriving and leaving this area choose to walk in groups and use taxi or app cars whenever possible.
2. Only carry with you the smallest amount money necessary.
3. Don’t carry valuables and avoid using your cell phone.
4. In case of any street fights get away from the scene as soon as possible.
