Covid-19 Prevention

The destination has prevention plan of Covid-19, there is a supervision on the standards of prevention of business and the population in general. there is daily communication between the public power (tourism and health) and the tourist businesses about cases of suspicion or infection in covid-19 as well as control of the main foci by fate

Smart Tourism operational center

The destination must have a specific risk and safety management center for tourism. It centralizes contacts with the government and with the businesses that are part of the tourism chain. It is also the center that warns about possible risks, acts in emergency situations and offers support to Brazilian and foreign tourists in emergency situations.

The firefighters conduct training and simulations with tourist attractions and tourist business in general. There is an integration of the body of pumpers with the tourist center.

Clear communication and support posts for foreign travelers

The destination has a tourist traveler protection network involving specific police department, support posts in the main tourist spots and support in the businesses that are part of the tourism chain. All available in 3 languages: English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Information security and combating cyber crimes

All trades that make up the tourism chain follow the General Data Protection Act and GPDR, and apply information security guidelines as detailed in standards. employees and managers receive training and guidance regarding the main methods used by criminals.
